Magnifica Rugosa Rose is one of the best Rugosas for clean foliage during the entire growing season, along with its double red flowers. Rugosa Roses are noted for their fragrant blossoms, winter-persistent red or orange fruits (hips), pest- and disease-resistant foliage, extreme salt spray tolerance, and extreme cold hardiness (usually on their own rootstocks).
